Anti-Slavery and Anti-Trafficking Policy

This policy enter into force on 30 October 2025 and replace all previous versions.

This website is owned, regulated, and operated by Blippio Limited, hereinafter referred to as “we”.

1. Policy Statement
We are committed to conducting its business in a manner that is ethical, transparent, and compliant with all applicable anti-slavery and anti-trafficking laws. We are dedicated to preventing modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, and all forms of exploitation in every aspect of our business and supply chain. All visual and conversational content distributed through the platform is synthetic; no real individuals are depicted or engaged. This policy therefore applies exclusively to real-world employment and supply-chain relationships.

We are committed to conducting our business in a manner that prevents and combats all forms of modern slavery and human trafficking. This commitment extends to all entities, contractors, and service providers forming part of our value chain.

2. Scope
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, freelancers, suppliers and partners, including those involved in operations, customer support, moderation and technology development.

3. Legal Framework
This policy is aligned with the following:

EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (2024/0054)
U.S. Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA)

  • UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 (Section 54)
  • ILO Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work
  • UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights
  • Applicable local laws in countries where we operate

4. Zero Tolerance Commitment
We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. This includes any activity involving coercion, deception, abuse of power, or exploitation for personal or commercial gain.

5. Risk Areas and Mitigation Measures
We recognise that certain outsourced functions, including customer support, call centre operations and freelance content moderation in jurisdictions such as Ukraine and other international markets, may carry elevated compliance and labour-ethics risks. To address these risks, we maintain ongoing oversight through contractual compliance audits, verification of ethical recruitment and employment practices, and regular training of all relevant personnel on identifying, preventing and reporting any indicators of coercion, exploitation or trafficking.

All service providers are required to complete annual compliance attestations confirming adherence to our Anti-Slavery and Anti-Trafficking Policy, and we reserves the right to conduct targeted audits whenever risk indicators or irregularities are identified.

6. Employment Practices
We prohibit all forms of forced or bonded labour. We do not charge recruitment fees or require deposits from workers. We are in the process of updating employment and contractor agreements to include modern slavery prohibitions.

All workers engaged through third-party vendors must receive written terms of engagement in English or their local language, setting out pay, hours and grievance procedures. Vendors must maintain verifiable payroll and grievance logs available for inspection on request.

7. Platform Protection Measures
We are committed to ensuring that the platform is not used to facilitate trafficking or exploitation. To that end:

  • Interactions managed through non-human communication systems (e.g., chatbots or call center scripts) are monitored to ensure they do not facilitate coercion, exploitation, or trafficking.
  • Interactions managed by chat representatives or automated systems (including chatbots and call-centre scripts) are monitored to ensure ethical conduct and the prevention of exploitation.
  • All suspicious patterns or content indicative of trafficking or coercion are escalated to the CEO for immediate review.
  • We require manual and AI-assisted moderation of all user profiles and messages
  • We monitor user interactions using real-time alert systems
  • We provide in-app tools for users to report suspected abuse or trafficking
  • We ban underage users and profiles containing deceptive or coercive content
  • All chat representatives are screened to ensure ethical employment and trained to identify indicators of exploitation or trafficking. No representative may solicit or accept personal contact from users.

8. Roles and Responsibilities
The CEO is currently responsible for reviewing and escalating all reports of suspected exploitation. This role may be delegated to the Legal Counsel in due course. In the absence of the CEO, the Legal Counsel shall serve as the designated escalation officer.

9. Reporting and Escalation
Any suspicion of human trafficking or modern slavery on the platform or in the supply chain should be reported via:

Reports are handled confidentially and in accordance with applicable data-protection laws.

  • Email:
  • In-app reporting tools

All reports will be reviewed confidentially and may be escalated to law enforcement where appropriate.

10. Law Enforcement Cooperation
We have not been contacted to date by any law enforcement or NGO regarding suspected trafficking. However, we maintain a readiness to respond and escalate cases in line with legal obligations and best practice.

Cooperation with law enforcement may include secure data sharing and the provision of anonymized evidence where permitted by law.

11. Modern Slavery Statement (UK)
If we meet the threshold under the UK Modern Slavery Act, we will publish an annual Modern Slavery Statement outlining the steps taken to prevent slavery and trafficking in our operations and supply chain.

The statement will be published within six months of the end of each financial year if applicable.

12. Training and Awareness
We will begin rolling out internal awareness initiatives and training for key staff involved in content moderation, contractor engagement, and supplier relationships.

All employees, moderators, and chat representatives will complete mandatory training at least annually, including how to identify and escalate indicators of exploitation or trafficking.

13. Review and Updates
This policy will be reviewed annually or more frequently if required. Updates will reflect changes in legal requirements, operational practices, or risk assessments.

The policy will be reviewed annually or sooner if new risk indicators emerge from audits, supplier reviews, or reported incidents.
